Markéta’s Notes is an artist publication by Holly Antrum from serial project (publication and film), based on archival research at the BFI.
Combining multiple voices, fictional researcher and matrilineal counterpart, Markéta Hašková compiles fragments of her research and leaves a trace of herself in viewing the archive. Contains hand facsimiles from the notebooks of film theorist, filmmaker and journalist, Peter Wollen.
Commissioned for Laura Mulvey and Peter Wollen: Intersections in Theory Film and Art at Camera Austria, Graz, 11 June – 14 August 2022. Designed by Smiths Studio.
